Refund Policy

Returns

You can return an item for a refund, within 14 days of receiving your original order unless it is used or stained.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with its packaging. Please pack the items, together with the invoice and returns form, in the original packaging, tape it securely and send it to:

Beyond Ordinary Ltd, 42 High street, Kings Langley, Herts, WD4 9HT.

  • Once we have approved the return, you will receive a refund.
  • Costs of returning the items are non-refundable.
  • Please note we will not refund duties, taxes or shipping costs.
  • Refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank account.

For all orders over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account or method of payment again.
  • Contact your provider – it may take a few days for the refund to appear

Sale items

Full price items may only be refunded, Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Only defective or damaged items will be replaced. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@beyondordinaryltd.com and send your item to: Beyond Ordinary Ltd , 42 High street, Kings Langley, Herts, WD4 9HT.
