We are now well into 2021, and we begin to reflect on the past year. It has been one rollercoaster of a year, a year that has gone down in history. Our ‘normality’ has changed, the way we work, shop and live our daily lives. It is often easy to forget to take some time for yourself and have some selfcare time…

Selfcare Tips:

  • Talk about how you feel
    Maintain contact with loved ones via phone, keep checking up on one another & be open about how you feel.

  • Look after your body
    Its easy to fall into unhealthy habits which end up making you feel worse. Try eating healthy, drink water, exercise regularly (walk, run etc) and get good quality sleep.

  • Keep a regular routine & set goals
    You may have to set a new routine now, but by doing so will make you feel in control, have a purpose & be occupied.

  • Do things you enjoy!
    Do little things you may not have had time for before, such as watching a movie, reading a book, cooking or even learning something new (e.g. free courses).

  • Limit your media & information exposure
    This will decrease your worry!
